Gamthi Fashion – Refund & Exchange Policy

We encourage all customers to take a moment to understand how our products are made.
All Gamthi Fashion products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, making each item unique. Due to the handmade nature of our work, minor irregularities are not defects, but a reflection of the artisanal process.

General Policy

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
  • An exchange or return will only be considered if:
    • The product is faulty
    • A wrong item has been sent
    • The product is damaged during transit

Important Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Product Unboxing Video:
    • A clear, unedited, full unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
    • The video must be shared within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Reporting Damage:
    • Email us at mygamthifashion@gmail.com
    • Subject Line: Order Number – Damaged/Faulty Product
    • Attach your unboxing video and a brief description of the issue.

Exchange Process

  • Upon approval, you may be asked to send the product back in its original packaging.
  • We will bear the shipping cost for approved returns.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
    • We will process an exchange within 8–10 working days.
    • If the same product is unavailable, you can choose an alternative product of the same or higher value from our website.

Please note: While we strive to present our products accurately, colors may vary slightly due to different phone or screen displays. Our product images are not heavily edited to maintain authenticity.
