At Gamthi Fashion, we aim to deliver handcrafted elegance to your doorstep in the most reliable and efficient way.

Shipping Partners

  • Domestic (India): We ship via Standard Delivery Partner
  • International: Orders are shipped through Bluedart, DHL Express, or FedEx, depending on location and service availability.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Gamthi Fashion is a handcrafted, made-to-order brand. This means:
    • Production begins only after your order is confirmed.
    • Orders are typically dispatched within 4–5 working days after confirmation.
  • Once shipped:
    • Delivery within India takes up to 5 working days.
    • Remote Indian locations may take 6–7 working days.
    • International deliveries may vary based on destination.

📌 Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not counted as working days for standard deliveries.

Shipping Charges

  • Within India:
    • Free shipping for orders above ₹2999
    • Orders below ₹2999 may incur standard shipping charges.
  • International Shipping:
    • Charges start from ₹2500, going up to ₹4500, depending on destination, weight, and volume.
    • Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
    • Rates may vary slightly based on shipment size or location.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customs duties and taxes are not included in the product or shipping price.
  • These are levied by the destination country and must be paid directly to the shipping agent (DHL, FedEx, etc.) at the time of delivery.
  • You will receive an invoice from the courier for any applicable duties or taxes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
    • An email and SMS with your tracking number and shipping partner details.
    • You can also view tracking updates under ‘Order History’ in your Gamthi Fashion account.

Delivery Issues

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner may return the shipment and attempt re-delivery.
  • To ensure smooth delivery:
    • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including PIN/ZIP code and a valid mobile number.

  • International:
    • All major Credit Cards
